Classroom Organization Tips from Educational Consultant, Angela Watson

An organized classroom is vital for the teacher and paraprofessional's success. It is also important for the students and parents alike.  Organization is key to your daily routine as a teacher.

Where do students turn in their work? Where do you store graded papers? Who's work is outstanding? What is today's lesson? When is play time?

The Who? What? When? Where? and Why? can be easily answered with an organized classroom. I don't confess to have the BEST ideas.  However, I am great at pulling resources together and sharing them as well.

Check out Ms. Angela Watson. She's an education consultant based in New York.  I love her suggestions for organizing classrooms. Her ideas and resources are over the moon.

  1. Hi Debra,
I love the Cornerstone website for teachers. I discovered this website in a previous class. The thing I love the most about this website is the web seminars, which I am hoping to take a few one day.

  2. Hi Debra,
Before visiting your blog I had never heard of this website. After visiting the website and looking around, I am hooked. It seems to have lots of great information for educators to use for their classroom. I think that it is fantastic that there are web seminars from Ms. Watson to help educators become the best they can be. We all need encouragement now and again and this is a great resource to use.
